EU Settlement Scheme: What you need to know

The deadline for applications is 30th June 2021. Employees will need to supply proof of identity, such as a passport.

In addition to this, there is no legal obligation for employers to communicate the EU Settlement Scheme.


What to do if an employee refuses to return to work post-lockdown?

We would suggest keeping up to date with government guidance.

Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme Updates

From October, the government will pay 60% of wages.

Employers will pay ER NICs and pension contributions and top up employees’ wages to ensure they receive 80% of their wages up to a cap of £2,500, for the time they are furloughed.
