Fire Label Merchandising Ltd was established in 2009 as an on-line clothing supplier serving consumers and businesses throughout the UK and overseas. As the Company started to grow we realised that we needed the services of a top flight HR Advisor to support our increasing staff levels. We interviewed 4 candidates for the role and found that Cluer HR understood what we were looking for, at a price we could afford. We immediately appointed them and since that time almost 10 years ago, Cluer HR have given us amazing support. Simon Watts has recently been bought by the DRG Group. Our local joinery company has a great local presence and reputation. It is important for us as a company to be able to provide our people with everything they should need from an HR perspective. We started using Cluer HR in January 2020 as we struggled to keep up with all the HR legislation which is ever changing. They are very responsive to queries and have redone all our contracts and staff handbook, as well as providing advice on the Furlough Scheme when that arose.
