Fire Label Merchandising Ltd was established in 2009 as an on-line clothing supplier serving consumers and businesses throughout the UK and overseas. As the Company started to grow we realised that we needed the services of a top flight HR Advisor to support our increasing staff levels. We interviewed 4 candidates for the role and found that Cluer HR understood what we were looking for, at a price we could afford. We immediately appointed them and since that time almost 10 years ago, Cluer HR have given us amazing support. During this time they have helped us to develop an Employee Handbook and Employment Contracts and have supplied detailed HR Support Guideline Documents, all of which have proved to be invaluable. Kirsten and her team also helped with the inevitable issues that occurred during the day to day operation of a growing Company making sure that we always complied with all necessary guidelines and Employment Law.
When the COVID-19 pandemic struck the Cluer team was there again with help, support and advice, and always remained on hand when needed despite the difficulties of running their own business through lockdown.
