Kirsten has Fellow membership of the CIPD, an MA in Human Resource Management, accreditations in Mediation from the Open College Network and accreditations in Personality Profiling.
This coupled with over 17 years experience in the field of HR, spanning both the public & private sector really is testament to the fact that this her vocation!
Favourite food: Italian food, but never goat’s cheese!

Tracey
HR Adviser
Tracey has more than 20 years’ experience in HR and is MCIPD qualified. Her breadth and depth of HR knowledge is excellent.
Tracey is renowned for: Walking her faithful dog Izzy, as well as her positive approach to life.
Favourite Food: Anything spicy (especially likes a Pathia). Always wine, never beer.

Dawn
HR Adviser
Dawn brings over 18 years experience in an HR management role and has associate membership of the CIPD. With so much experience, there is not a lot in the field of HR that Dawn hasn’t seen!
She is wonderfully approachable and offers a calm and methodical approach in her HR advice.
Dawn is renowned for: Her love of chocolate!

Clare
Office Manager
Clare’s qualifications and career background are in admin and PA roles and it shows!
She is wonderfully welcoming and hospitable, faultlessly organised and brings a lovely sense of calm and serenity to the office.
Clare is renowned for: Being the ‘Office Fairy” – things just magically ‘get done’ when she is about!
Favourite food: Pizza and pasta (preferably with a nice dry white wine!)

Dottie
Office Sweetie
Meet the cutest member of the Cluer team. This is Dottie the Miniature Dachshund. She is making us all tip-toe around so none of us stand on her. She may be the smallest member of the team but she is by far the most vocal!
Favourite food: Fingers, Tassels and buttons
Life mantra: Cry loud enough and you will get what you want!
Otto
Office Hero
Meet the cheekiest member of the Cluer team. This is Otto the Miniature Dachshund. He is the leader of the pack and keeps us all in line! He does have a soft side and is won over by tummy rubs whenever possible.
Favourite food: Biscuits, biscuits and more biscuits
Life mantra: Look up, look cute and everybody will love you!
